The Orams have lost their appeal in the High Court in London. After the successful ECJ ruling in favour of Mr Apostolides the High Court had no real alternative but to follow suit.

This will spell the end of the property market in the north of Cyprus as any person(s) / organisations having assests anywhere EU wide can effectively have them seized.

This a great day for the original legitimate GC owners and they can now resort to the courts to seek justice against those who bought 'stolen' GC properties at a knock down price.

There is no further legal avenue for the Orams now and the reprecussions of this decision will start to unfold in the near future.

ANYONE BUYING PROPERTY IN NORTHEN CYPRUS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS JUDGEMENT AS IT COULD LEAD TO THE LOSS OF THEIR INVESTMENT.
